Coordinate and communicate secretarial workflow within assigned team, including overflow coverage for absences; coordinate Firm, department and floor resources, where appropriate. Facilitate resolution of issues and concerns regarding work product and workflow in collaboration with attorneys, departments, administration and resources, as appropriate in addition to to Senior Legal Secretarial support to Life Sciences partners, associates, and pharma-legal team.

 Right hand to Chair of Paul Hastings Litigation Department, New York office; Assist additional Life Science Litigation Partners Prepare and proofread legal documents and correspondence; File same with appropriate court or agency. Coordinate case management or trial preparation in association with timekeepers; Prepare client presentations and marketing materials; Liaison between attorneys and their respective expert witnesses, vendors, and translators in connection with active litigations; Process time entries and expense reports; Review invoice proformas; Process opening of new matters and billing write-offs; and general administrative duties, arranging travel and meetings, arranging services for document processing or reproduction, deliveries, notarization, and court-reporting.
