My journey began during my university years when I co-founded an IT consultancy firm. Over 17 years, we successfully executed a wide range of IT consultancy projects, excelling at integrating business objectives with technological advancements.Currently, I serve as a Technology Architect and Data Strategist at Pon, where I leverage my expertise to drive data-driven decision-making and technological innovation. My role involves designing and implementing cutting-edge technology solutions.One of my proudest achievements is co-founding the Pon Datalab, which has grown into a department of around 20 professionals undertaking diverse data science assignments. Additionally, I played a pivotal role in building and shaping the Lensor solution, a solution that is now being sold to customers.I firmly believe that businesses can significantly improve by embracing new and innovative technologies. In the pursuit of these advancements, I advocate for a culture where failure is seen as a learning opportunity. Making decisions with the best information available at the moment, even if they may prove wrong later, is a crucial part of the innovation process.I am passionate about innovation, new insights, and continuous learning.
