I built my first startup - an online quizz community in 2000 - while i did a training at the local Sparkasse (bank) in Lower Saxony (Germany). While studying management and economics at University Witten/Herdecke, me and some friends founded a consulting agency working with municipalities to implement creative concepts of citizen participation. After graduation in 2006 I worked as a project manager at a traditional family business before founding Textprovider - today one of the leading online content marketing agencies in Germany and member of the diva-e group. In 2014 I handed over operating business to the management team and together with two friends founded Hilfswerft - a social business to promote the social entrepreneurship concept and train social change makers. With our Inklupreneur-project we enable startups and grownups to lift the potential of disability recruiting.
