I am currently running a program to improve our product documentation. We are switching from document based (Word) to topic-based authoring (DITA). I help teams to get the most of their documentation, helping them to organize their product information for maximizing usability for end-users.I have held different roles (developer, project manager, agile coach) in software development with international teams. This gives me a good understanding of what it means to build good software for users. I'm now applying that knowledge to structure product information and create a solid user experience for customers.I'm a positive thinker, seeing opportunity rather than problems. Respect is at the very core of everything I do.My passions: music (drumming & bass guitar) and technology.
