After working for MBS now for 12 years i was asked by the shareholders to take the responsibility as CEO. With pleasure i accepted this offer. My main focus will in future be sales and marketing for MBS.I'm looking forward to serve the company with enhanced possibilities that allow me to be even more flexibel in negotiations with our customers.

Since then i worked as head of this test lab until start of 2017.At that time my former deputy in the lab and i changed roles.We decided to do so because the work as head of the lab is a full time job and this conflicted more and more with my responsibilities as CEO of the company. Prior to this we had a long time of nearly one year from the start of the project till the final delivery of the accreditation certificate by the national German accreditation authority "DAkkS".During this time of preparation we established our Quality Management Handbook, what has to cover all aspects of the DIN EN ISO 17025. My responsibility in this job was the coordination of all work together with the assurance, that we had to pass the certification audit in the first try. As chief operating officer (COO) I am now responsible for the daily operation of the MBS GmbH. This includes the coordination of support, marketing and sales as well as the job of head of BACnet test laboratory and the financial calculations in our daily business.I love my work and also the contact with our customers.

As product manager i had been responsible for the MBS Universal Gateways, what is still my personal favorite product we are delivering.

During my time as technical support engineer i was on the one hand responsible for the first and second level support for all MBS products. I was in the lucky position that already at this time support was a high priority task for our management so i had direct access to all developers in case that was required.On the other hand i also worked as primary contact point for all kinds of support requests for the end customers of an OEM customer of MBS.

As a Software developer in House MBS i worked primary with different communication protocols that had to be developed for the MBS Universal-Gateways.Still some of "my products" are in daily business what makes me somehow proud :-)

For many years I have been working self employed as a software developer.I was busy in the markets of finance (German Eurex) nuclear power (NPP Stade and Unterweser) and many others.
