Highlights include:• Integrating advanced Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) with online assessments and video interviewing tools, which streamlined hiring, reduced time-to-hire, and minimized no-shows.• Designing seamless, data-driven recruitment processes that link ATS, Cut-e now Aon, and HireVue data into a single source of truth for better hiring decisions.• Ensuring fairness and transparency in all stages of recruitment, while continuously improving processes based on key success metrics and feedback from both candidates and hiring managers.

I joined NAS Holding an airline group as the Group Head of Recruitment that operates various businesses. This includes nasair the first and leading budget airline in Saudi Arabia, NasJet the largest and most experienced private aviation company in the Middle East, NAS Tech the maintenance business in partnership with LHT (Lufthansa Technic) and NAS Charter Aviation the second largest carrier of Hajj/ Umrah pilgrims into the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. While at NAS I have recruited over 700 new hires from pilots to cabin crew & technicians to engineers & sales/marketing to executives. I reported directly to the Executive Director of HR and Admin and managed a team of 4 along with all new HR hires as an introduction to the HR department for NAS.

These relationships made JP Morgan the preferred lender and offering potential new home owners incentives for applying with JPMorgan Chase.

My key responsibilities were to identify, research and cultivate prospective clients within the Atlanta market area with the goal of establishing new banking relationships, including such activities as: Developing a high level of knowledge and familiarity with each prospect, implementing an effective and aggressive call program with a particular focus on the acquisition of high potential profitable business, building a comprehensive up-to-date system database of valued prospects with supporting background information, designing and promoting profitable, effective and competitive banking proposals for prospective and existing clients by developing and maintaining, having full knowledge and understanding of all Bank products and services, which apply to the Private Banking area, and an awareness of competitors.
