About Nils Holmström

My passion is to create and develop new ideas within medical technology to improve health care. I like to solve both practical and theoretical issues for diagnostics and therapy. My expertise is mainly technical solutions for active implants in cardiology and physiology. I have extensive experience in clinical and pre-clinical investigations, physiological signal analysis, active implants and implantable sensors. I have developed both electrochemical and optical biosensors for long-term intravascular use.
