Duties and Responsibilities:-Preparation of office correspondences (i.e., letters, fax messages, memos).Correspondences with Client, Consultant, Supplier, sub-contractor and other parties involved in the project.Preparing Shop Drawings & Material Submittals Transmittal Notes and maintaining submittal registers for status & updations. Receiving and checking all incoming and out going correspondences and drawing documents. Responsible for control of all documents and also manual filings, recording all incoming, outgoing, and submittal correspondences.Updating and maintaining of register for all the informations pertaining to documents.Contact with Supplier / Subcontractors for the various issues at site.Preparation of the Weekly and Monthly Progress Reports in coordination with concerned Engineers/Construction Manager.Handle personnel and administrative functions like maintaining personnel records of employees.Supervision of office and coordinating with other staff’s, interacting with internal sections, transport arrangement & routine administrative duties.Performs other functions and duties whenever necessary that may be prescribed by the superiors.
