• Indirect management of a team of 6 professionals, acting in activities of interaction with the local logistics team to receive products, allocated in Brazil, Argentina and Uruguay;• Responsible for support Supply Director LATAM in the execution of regional performance management, including unavailability of stock and low stocks, KPIs, root cause analysis, problem solving and S&OP process;• Processes Management as product discontinuations, products launch and Recalls;• Responsible for supply planning management, balancing stock level, interacting with the manufacturing site around the world, import process, quality assurance, marketing and sales team, to get a better inventory level and managing working capital avoiding product shortages;• Managing supply constraint in order to avoid impact to the customer• Focal point of consulting, validation and communication for the whole team involved on Demand generation Involving the commercial team, demand forecast managers, regulatory Affairs, through multiple process changes and inventory impact analysis;• Responsible for providing planning parameters, including security stock level, lead times, minimum order quantity, to ensure correct planning and adequate stock;• Act as trainer of end users on how to manage SAP (ModCF and APO) system for Hub and Supply chain;Main results:• Participation in the logistics processes of launches as Avamys, Relvar and Combodart;• Participation in the implementation of SAP for Chile, Ecuador, Peru, Colombia and Venezuela, to ensure that the Master data are configured correctly and do not cause impact or interruption during implementation under end to end vision;• Processes coordination during manufacturing site transfer balancing stock, avoiding impact to the company and patient;• Participation in the processes of artwork changes in leaflets, carton, promotional packs.• Standards KPIs Implementation for Brazil, Argentina and Uruguay• Management on ANVISA’s strike period.

• Management of a team of 2 professionals, acting in logistics activities, management and replenishment of stock;• Support for Demand Manager in the process of developing the market stock policy Using the SPIRIT tool;• Trading Service negotiation with the manufacturing sites and ensure that the agreement is reflected in the planning systems;• Support for the supply chain planning process, being responsible for reviewing and updating SOLS system planning exception messages and Manugistics;• Responsible for the activities of Importing, receiving and releasing products;• Support for negotiation processes with the sites providing any claims, returns or cancellations of deliveries;• Management and development of commercials KPI such as: Sales accuracy, demand, stock levels and financial prediction of product destruction;• Monitoring of the product launches through the supply chain (My PSR System) and obtaining the product according to the business needs;• Integration of Dermatological company called Stiefel, working as Interim Supply and Demand Planning Manager, driving S&OP, KPIs, DRP, Working capital, Stock Balance and supporting import process and production plan.• Partnership with internal customers and suppliers in order to get best results as minimum stock, maximum external performance and minimal cost;Main result:• Project Coordination for cost reduction Air to Sea.• Integration Dermatological Company Stiefel.
