- Knowledgeable with Opera V5 and Cloud PMS Environment- Working with big hotel chain such as Marriott International, Accor, Hyatt, InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG), Wyndham Hotels and Resorts, Sonesta International Hotels, Radisson Hotel Group, Best Western Hotels & Resorts.- Implementing and maintaining of Hotel Property Management System- Installation, Configuration, Testing and Troubleshooting of Property Level Interfaces such as Door Lock System, PBX Phone System, Call Accounting System, Voicemail System, Point of Sale System, Video System, Internet System & Building Management System.- Work with project personnel to identify and resolve problems- Collaborate with third-party IT company support for the project to solve and provide solutions to the issue.- Investigate and support Opera Hospitality technical issues from various regions like: AMER, JAPAC, EMEA, - Perform server build windows server 2008, 2012, 2016 for Oracle Opera Hospitality software.- Knowledgeable with Oracle Database 10g and 11g

- Maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware- Resolving IT support requests from employees- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests- Logging all service requests and updating tickets as needed- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners- Implement applications and software upgrades and troubleshoot any performance issues- Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports

- Arrange transportation, schedule staff, and orchestrate deliveries to meet customer demand with little to no delay- Facilitate the shipping of products from one destination to another- Monitoring shipments, costs, timelines, and productivity- Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements- Liaising and negotiating with suppliers and retailers- Reviewing, preparing, and routing purchase orders- Ensuring the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments- Answering customer queries- Prepare accurate reports for upper management
