My role extended to parameter optimization, where I worked on selecting the right algorithms to enhance accuracy. The ultimate goal was to utilize data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making, contributing to the overall improvement of educational processes and outcomes.- Collaborating closely with a teammate, I contributed to a project in the education sector focused on implementing facial recognition technology. Our focus was on implementing face detection techniques to enhance automation in student-related processes. During my involvement, we successfully developed a functional prototype, showcasing the practical application of computer vision technology. This experience enhanced my skills in practical implementation and problem-solving within real-world projects.

Collaborative Data Science project that aimed to analyse the impact of lockdowns on air pollution in France.In this project I took the role of task manager for the Data Acquisition task, where I led the team in data collection and data cleansing. I also had the opportunity to explore the use of geospatial data (Geopy and Geopandas) for data visualization and to improve my soft skills, by managing a team composed of individuals from different countries.

Mandatory curricular internship at the Brazilian Public Prosecutor's Office as IT Support Technician.In this job, among my attributions were to identify, fix and document solutions for computers, routers, printers and other technology devices. During this internship I also had the opportunity to work with tape library backups from local servers.

Pioneer project by the Federal University of Alagoas (UFAL) to bring educational robotics to public schools.As a teacher and instructor, my role consisted of teaching logical reasoning and introduction to computing through robotics. Among others tools, we used C and Scratch programming language and the LEGO MINDSTORMS robotics kit. Through this program, students from a public school in Alagoas state were able, for the first time, to compete in the Brazilian Robotics Olympiad (OBR).
