I help my clients better understand their customers' needs. This is thw working foundation to create service innovation and improve existing service experiences along entire customer journeys. Over the years, I‘ve had the pleasure of working with various corporations, public institutions and startups.Results include:- My engagement increased the day-to-day performance of the client's employees with simplified yet compliant internal processes (employee experience).- I improved the flow between previously disparate touchpoints along the client's customer journey across multiple channels (improved wayfinding, internal KPIs, and customer satisfaction).- My work significantly and measurably improved the user/customer experience in various existing services through an evidence-driven process.- I have facilitated the design of internal, b2c and b2b services for several clients using a collaborative approach.- I have trained members of multiple departments of the Swiss Confederacy in innovation methodology, enabling them to implement new ways of working with their teams.

As a certified respiratory therapist (Atemtherapeut OdA KT) I help people discover their own innwer strength and resilience through their breathing using touch (respiratory massage), movement & sensation, voice and inner images. In my different roles, I work with people who have respiratory conditions such as COPD, Long COVID or asthma, as well as people with various clinical mental health conditions.My roles and responisbilities in institutions include:- Leading breathing groups for people with respiratory conditions at the Lungenliga.- Giving respiratory courses at the Recovery College Bern (part of UPD, Universitäre Psychiatrische Dienste Bern).- Providing individual and group body-centered therapy sessions to psychiatric patients at the Privatklinik Meiringen (as a substitute).

At Amatheos, we regularly organize healing days in Spiez with Stephen and Jason Turoff, two healing artists from England. I am co-responsible for the overall organization, with a special focus on the well-being of our guests and the coordination of the administration team.

During my time at Dreipol, I designed and developed digital services and products on the web for organizations of all sizes. To support our efforts, we designed and built a sophisticated future-proof front-end stack.

As a freelance web designer (2009–2014), I created websites and print material for small businesses and individuals. As a freelance interaction designer (2014–2017), I'm passionate about finding creative solutions to important challenges for a wide variety of people and organisations.

I envisioned, designed, developed (front-end) and tested websites and web applications that serve people in the construction industry. Part of my job was the conception, design and prototyping a web interface for a construction material configuration tool that helps customers and architects to easily create material specification in Switzerland.

In my first internship (Oct–Dec 2010), I developed a private social media platform for members of the EnlightenNext programs. The task included designing the platform, setting up the components, developing custom add-ons as well as email marketing campaigns. In the subsequent internships (May–Aug 2011 and Jun–Aug 2012), I developed the front-end for their web store in close collaboration with the back-end developers, helping to create a consistent experience for their subsequent fundraising efforts.
