I have built my career as HR professional within General Electric, where I Graduated of GE’s Human Resources Leader Program. Since then I have worked in several Generalist and Specialist positions with increasing leadership and people responsibilities.My experience was shaped by working and navigating in very diverse environments: helped organizations in emerging as well as developed markets, managed the complexities of restructuring as well as starting-up divisions and worked in different parts of the organization, be it at manufacturing plants or in commercial organisations.Grew up in Germany and took the chance to build my career blocks living and working in 7 different countries across Europe, Middle East and Asia. This experience allowed me to develop a broad intercultural background, also making me believe that the only constant in life is change. Therefore I am passionate about strengthening self-awareness and improving the status quo. I support my clients to tap into their personal and professional leadership potential.Currently I am applying these skills to build an organizational culture in an integration environment and focus on talent management to enable business growth.
