Has enforced a usability study of Eskilstuna HundCenters website that led to the implementation of a number of suggested improvements, which gave results in a considerably more useful website. Working knowledge of heuristic evaluations, questionnaires, interviews, field studies, think aloud protocols, case studies, workshops, etc. Extensive experience in various aspects of safety within different organizations.
