With a rich background in both academia and industry, I drive innovation and collaboration across various sectors. My career spans roles as a research and project manager at the Free University of Brussels (VUB) and Antwerp Management School (AMS). I completed my doctoral studies at Hasselt University (UHasselt) while teaching Leadership and Human Capital, focusing on knowledge management and innovation within entrepreneurial settings.In my current role at VITO, I focus on entrepreneurship and innovation across the organization. As Program Director VITO4STARTERS, I support external startups by fostering valuable partnerships with VITO, leveraging our expertise in cleantech and sustainable development. In addition, as Venture Development Manager, I lead the development of internal spin-offs based on our internal innovations and technologies. Finally, I drive VITO's intrapreneurship program, where I encourage and guide bottom-up ideation, helping employees transform their innovative ideas into tangible projects.
