I worked for this Japanese multinational since 2007 which owned 5 business divisions in Brazil with revenues of approximately BRL 400 million / USD 180 million a year, reporting to me directly to the President of the company, a Japanese expatriate in Brazil.In this company I was responsible for the areas of Accounting, Taxes, Finance, Planning and Foreign Trade at the headquarters in São Paulo and factory in the Manaus Trade Free Zone.Developed several projects, among which are:- Analysis of the Economic Feasibility, Due Diligence and purchase of a Brazilian company that today is the medical division of the company, which represents most of the revenue;- GIP - General Integration Project, which was the union of 4 CNPJs (Tax Payer Numbers)of the company, generating a tax gain of BRL 29 million / USD 14 million and cost savings generated by synergies and business simplification;- Office building for sale in Sao Paulo and Manaus plant, which generated great savings business resources, from idleness in the occupation of these properties;- SST Project being implemented in 2014, which means the review and or implementation of all administrative processes and procedures of the company aimed at simplifying the business and economy and gain processes.- Tax planning in all states of Brazil, aimed at improving the company that topic, respectively generating an improvement in the final price for customers, respecting all legislation in order to avoid any risk to the company.I attended several meetings and training at the headquarters in the United States.

I worked in this French multinational with revenues of approximately BRL 200 million / USD 90 million a year, reporting to me directly to the President in Brazil and headquarters in France.In this company, did a complete re-engineering costs and general administration, developing several projects together with mother in France.Responsible for IT, HR, Personnel, Finance, Accounting, Cost and Tax, Foreign Trade and Purchasing department in São Paulo.
