Coordination together with staff in the process of integrating MOODLE as an administrative tool in order to facilitate attendance input, grading and course outlines, liaising with operations regarding MOODLE related issues.Acting as the liaison between students and staff during office hours, assist students with their inquiries, and assist the Senior Instructors with preparation of full-time classes, part-time classes and/or elective classes each term and to assist with orientation of new students to the program, help to create and post schedules, coordinate graduations, including posters, grad night certificates, usher preparation, post-graduation documentation, biographies and grad book details to graduating students from the program, assist the department with staff tracking, compiling Instructor evaluations, scholarships and alumni correspondence, and meetings, perform general clerical duties, including but not limited to answering telephone calls, performing departmental related errands, coordinating marketing materials, providing clerical assistance to the Department Head and Instructors, in addition, assist the Department Head and Instructors with photocopying, creating and managing Excel and MS Word documents, PowerPoint presentations and maintenance of electronic and hard copy of student files, coordinate with Instructors to meet all curriculum obligations and deadlines by providing course support materials and preparations and cross-reference to the program schedule.

Maintain existing online courses, e-learning contents and resources, working with different departments on the ongoing development of e-learning tools, perform LMS administration tasks and providing user support in timely manner, working close to the director of Education on the planning of e-learning strategies, enhance LMS capabilities to provide the best value to the network, assisting with continuous updates of the multi-media instructional design, providing IT technical support to staff and faculty, and perform maintenance tasks on workstations in Computer Lab on a regular basis.Providing installation, configuring, testing, troubleshooting repairs, and upgrades of various computer software, hardware, and peripherals.Problem-solve, troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolving any network issues or projectors issues, evaluating vendor-supplied software; testing software compatibility with existing hardware and programs. Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff, faculty and students.Contributing to team on every special projects assigned.

Responsible for developing curriculum and teaching trainees in various concepts of IT including an introduction to productivity suites of applications such as Microsoft Office and the use of these applications (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, etc.), basic networking, and desktop and laptop hardware. Work with other Institute employees to identify areas of IT knowledge that require improvement within the trainee body, participating in the development of IT curriculum, coordinating with other IT Instructors to integrate curricula, monitoring computer lab access, continuous rapport with all trainees and keeping a positive learning environment to adequately communicate lessons, enforce the trainee management and disciplinary policies of the Institute.Acting as an advisor outside of class to support trainees and faculty that require IT training or assistance, perform clerical duties, as required, relating to textbooks, instructional supplies, trainee reports and records, attendance reports, etc. Participate in IT curriculum development and planning with other IT Instructors and the General Training Manager.

Compliance and enforcement of the policies, guidelines and standards issued by the SISP, providing subsidies to the formulation and development of policies, guidelines and standards for the SISP. Coordinate, plan and control the information and computing resources within the SISP, Participative work meetings are scheduled to discuss matters related to the SISP, participate in the development and implementation of training plans, development and training of personnel involved in SISP's coverage area. Encourage prospective actions aimed accompany the technical innovations of computer science in order to meet the service needs of modernization under the SISP, promote the dissemination of available information of interest to the SISP, revision of normative instruction 04 / SLTI, standardization of network infrastructure equipment.
