Market share growth, Sales improvement above 20% per year, by developing regions with historic deficiency, such as north and northeastern, by focusing on recovering distribution capabilities previously compromised by financial difficulties and relationship with customers. Development of new Sales policies that enabled us to improve results in comparison to previous years, achieving results such as growth of 18% on Sales of first half of 2006 compared to same period of 2005. Responsible for the successful launch of a new contact lens during the World Congress of Ophthalmology, held in São Paulo on February 2006, with great acceptance and Sales results, exceeding in the first semester the results only expected for the whole year. Improvement of Sales structure, by creating regional managers positions (Sâo Paulo, South-east, Southern, and North-northeastern) developing Sales on all areas, by better knowledge of needs, up sides and downsides of each area, and better development of policies better suited for each one. Awarded with Presidents’ Club International Sales Award for outstanding results of Sales of maintenance solutions on 2002, with a trip to Puket, Thailand.
