I am really happy to share that I have been accepted into the Ladder Internships program with a 100% scholarship, with acceptance rate only 7,5%. I was overjoyed when I received the acceptance letter, honestly! 🥳Ladder Internships is a selective program for high school students to work with startups. As part of their internship, each student will work on a real-world project and present their work at the end of their internship. Throughout the duration of the program, you will receive guidance and support from your managers who will either work with you 1-on-1 or in a group (depending on a project). They’ll help you navigate the ins and outs of your internship! As a Ladder intern, you can work with companies in these fields - finance, health tech, environmental science, engineering, fashion, tech/deep tech, non-profits, consulting, mental health, machine learning/AI, and media/journalism! Ladder internships are offered in an online format for high school students. While this may be quite beneficial for students who wish to intern without having to travel long distances, doing an in-person internship comes with its own set of benefits. You should closely consider your goals before committing to a virtual/in-person internship. Ladder Internship programs range from 8 weeks to 16 weeks for the research internship. There are 5 cohorts through the year that you can apply for: In terms of impact on college admissions, previous Ladder interns have mentioned their experience and projects on their resume and college applications, and have received acceptances from universities like Princeton, UPenn, Stanford, Cambridge, and UC Berkeley ✨

'You and Your Mind' Project! Our mission is to foster robust mental health services in Uzbekistan and other Central Asian countries, addressing the growing mental health concerns among youth. This project is proudly funded by Australian and New Zealand institutions. "You and Your Mind" is managed by Azizbek Aminov and monitored by the University of Technology Sydney team. Our dedicated team includes media professionals and copyright researchers working alongside volunteers to achieve our goals. Although our operations are primarily remote, we occasionally conduct workshops and presentations in Sydney, Auckland, and potentially Tashkent and supported by UNSW ( University of New South Wales) we are having the research partnership with them.
