1. Provide engineering support to the RSC inspection program and training initiatives; 2. Conduct factory inspections following the Accord standard/ NFPA/ BS 7671/ BNBC. 3. Creating an overarching strategy for safe and sustainability in the organizations and the factories with an accompanying mission or vision and clear operating principles. 4. Building short and long-range operational planning and make themselves understand the factories to incorporate sustainability practices. 5. Acting as an internal sustainability consultant in the organization and the factory to educate factory management and workers on emerging trends, programs and issues in sustainability. 6. Directly managing all aspects of safety and sustainability initiatives and programs, including administration of factory, staff, and budgets. 7. Managing sustainable activities such as recycling, energy efficiency, and conservation. 8. Analyzing current policies, costs, and benefits associated with implementing sustainable practices in an organization. 9. Developing and implementing systems to measure the progress of sustainability initiatives. 10. Fundraising (especially grant writing) to support sustainability projects. 11. Engaging with a variety of stakeholders to ensure that their input is reflected in your organization’s sustainability policy. 12. Produce inspection reports following RSC protocols; 13. Provide engineering support to the factory, worker, and brand representatives; 14. Provide guidelines to the factory to prepare Electrical Design as per NFPA/ Accord Standard. 15. Organize communications and work between brands, owners, workers, and the Accord leadership related to inspections, remediation / corrective action plans; 16. Conduct necessary follow up to ensure remediation plans are finalized within the time frames of the Accord;

Capable to prepare & maintain project execution budget.11. Ability to prepare Proposals and experienced on International bidding process.12. Frequent meetings with clients.13. Cooperation with design, marketing, logistics, procurement, production and accounts-departments.14. Preparing BOQ, 15. Analyzing operators’, subcons’ and suppliers’ bill & pricing Sheet.16. Daily communicate to Project Management.17. Ensure the material quality & quantity at the site.18. Inspect project sites to monitor progress and compliance with the design, specifications and safety standards.19. Maintain liaison with the site engineers and carry on the progress of project by following relevant work progress.20. Ensure to review all types of design and further scan to find out any problem to solve by consulting with consultants.21. Sound knowledge on Public Procurement Rules (PPR).22. Making Project presentation, making company critical KPI, making company org. chart, making Huawei Engineering Subcontractor System Qualification Report and Checklist.23. Monitoring Overall Conditions of Various Projects & inform higher official about the present situation of Project.
