- Planning, conducting and finalization of audits of financial statements on various types of organizations operating in different industries- Providing guidance to other members of the audit team on the performance of their duties and review of their work- Preparation and presentation of financial statements including consolidated financial statements, in accordance with IFRS/ SLFRS- Liaison and co-ordination with client management on all instances in respect of the audit, accounting and client service matters to ensure effective accomplishment of tasks relating to assurance engagements- Analysis of company’s external and internal environment and identification of potential strategic business risks and financial statements implications- Preparation of reports that analyze and communicate financial/non-financial data and present clear recommendations- Review and analyze internal control weaknesses and report to the management and recommend solutions to be implemented- Conduct fraud investigations in forensic audit engagements

Directly reported to Group Financial Controller - Preparation of annual financial statements, monthly management accounts, and management information including monthly reporting and managing cash flow positions of the Company- Reporting on Equity Investments, Real Estate, and other Investments- Liaise with regulatory bodies, Banks, Auditors, and compliance with all regulatory/statutory requirements relating to financial reporting- Direct involvement in budgeting and forecasting process- Review of management accounts/ consolidated financials and statutory accounts of subsidiary entities- Streamline financial operations of subsidiary companies by making suggestions for improvements- Preparation and design of random reports/ presentations on the requirement of the stakeholders

Reporting Line:- Engagement Manager/Senior Manager, Engagement Director Industries: Manufacturing and Distribution, Construction, Power & Energy, Logistics & Freight Forwarding, Hotels - Execute & Conclude assurance engagements. - Prepare reports & Management Letters and other deliverables and meet the requirements of managers & ensure said targets are met - Supervise & Direct the work of the team members & review the work performed in order to ensure the adequacy & the completeness of the work performed- Perform multiple interrelated tasks simultaneously and achieve the targets timely & communicate results to relevant people - Design & Perform substantive procedures to address significant risk identified & identify the results and analyze them & report under key audit deliverables- Liaise with multiple personnel and communicate to gather information of industry movements and market conditions - Coordinate with all relevant supporting divisions for the assurance engagements & get their support as at when required - Understand the inherent risk of the industry & evaluate the potential consequences & evaluate whether adequate measures are taken & evaluate them accordingly - Prompt attention for any regulatory reviews & perform necessary tasks accordingly
