I’ve recently started freelancing as an enumerator, working on a project titled "Digital and Green Economy in Cambodia". My role involves interviewing relevant participants to gather insights for furture research on how micro-enterprises are affected by climate change. Specifically, focusing on how natural disasters impact these businesses, how they cope with the challenges, and the preventive measures they implement to mitigate future risks.

Developed strong teamwork and collaboration skills throughout my time at CDRI.Gained valuable experience in:- Research: Conduct literature review, report writing, analytical thinking, critical skills, data analysis, and identifying research gaps.- Administration: Handled various center tasks, sent official letters to ministries, managed stationery, and performed other administrative duties.- Budget Management: Managed fieldwork budgets, including pre-, during-, and post-fieldwork phases. Assisted in budget management while serving on committees during CDRI events.- Capacity Building: Actively engaged in monthly research seminars, capacity-building seminars, and training on research methodologies and proposal writing.Grateful for the opportunity to learn and grow through these experiences at CDRI.

- Within TS Cambodia, I've learned a great deal in terms of achieving a high level of translation quality and precision within the specified format. - I've translated a diverse range of documents, including medical records, house contracts, memoranda of understanding, rental agreements for houses and cars, as well as other sample documents. - I've developed my skills further by taking on the role of a reviewer, where I assist in reviewing documents from colleagues and providing recommendations when necessary. - I've come to understand that in translation, perfection is key to ensuring client satisfaction with our work.

- Being a translator marked my initial venture into the professional world, a role I never imagined myself in. Throughout this experience, I've gleaned invaluable lessons within our team, enhancing my professionalism, translation skills, client communication, and adaptability to diverse tasks. - I've tackled a wide array of documents, including academic papers, birth certificates, residence and family books, medical documents, and various contracts related to housing, rental, and automobiles.- These have deepened my grasp of grammar and strengthened my proficiency in both Khmer and English translation.

- Working as a part-time graphic designer on-site during my second year of college has been an incredibly engaging journey. Not only have I expanded my design skills, but I've also enhanced my communication abilities and gained a deeper understanding of the social and business aspects of the industry.- Throughout my time as a part-time graphic designer, I've acquired proficiency in various design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut, Inkscape, and others. I've utilized these skills to create designs for a range of products including glassware, clothing, and 3D mirrors for souvenirs. While these skills may not directly align with my major, they have been an integral part of my personal and professional development during my second year of college. - This experience has provided me with valuable insights into my capabilities and capacity to manage workload alongside my studies.

During my time volunteering with Beyond Yourself, an event organized by AIESEC, I've learned a great deal about how to run workshops smoothly and manage logistics effectively. This experience has given me a solid understanding of how to plan and execute projects from start to finish. I've gained skills in creating engaging workshop content and ensuring that everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes. It's been a hands-on learning experience that's taught me to be adaptable, resourceful, and detail-oriented.
