Pyrénées-Orientales, Occitanie, France

- Pre-identification of indecent housing in the city centre by collecting and crossing multiple inputs and verifying the result on site.- Data visualisation using Geographic Information System ArcGIS.- Counteract indecent housing while promoting improvement of private housing by leading a rehabilitation operation "PIG Living Better" and raising awareness among the housing public actors of the challenges of indecent housing.- Feasibility, tendering and technical follow-ups of rehabilitation of heritage public goods and contribution to the conduct of these projects.- Carry out the analysis and proposals for refitting and rehabilitation of other public goods and revitalisation of the city centre.

- Making recommendations to enhance an integrated urban renovation policy in a pauperised neighbourhood in the city-centre of Perpignan (Saint Jacques).- Make proposals on a social and urban level within the framework of the NPNRU protocol prefiguring.

- Performing detailed needs assessment for shelter rehabilitation, water and sanitation situation in South of Lebanon.- Recommending appropriate interventions to improve refugee's living conditions, producing BOQs and pricing studies for the rehabilitation of shelters technically evaluated on the site.- Project management and coordination of both local partners and contractors.-Reporting and evaluating the impact of rehabilitation on refugee's daily life.

- Conduct the social and urban diagnosis and participate in the analysis of collected data upstream of the renovation of the neighbourhood.- Designing the architectural plans and elevations for the new units in the Neirab neighbourhood in line with UNRWA standards and criteria and in close collaboration with the inhabitants through a participatory design process.- Elaborating presentations to consult the inhabitants and to explain the project for them.
