Responsibilities included selling in the home, providing company, product and process information and estimates, along with completing paperwork (including contracts & financing documents) and scheduling information. Key accomplishment was the generation of over $500,000 in net business.

Handled over 70% of customer acquisition for Inspire Energy with $1M portfolio; ran training classes for new hires and ongoing classes for employees; managed customer database and sales representatives' performance while acting as a liaison with the client; led sales meetings and established training practices to improve performance.

Worked to draft and oversee the creation of media releases and content on social media, and forge relationships with journalists and key community influencers. My role included organizing and public speaking at mass community outreach events. A highlighting accomplishment was the succesful development of a podcast to increase engagement among our younger audience.
