I'm fast learner and willing to learn something new, having served Product Manager in Cosmetic Divison, for creation of the entire products plan: from concept to step by step development until final launching (bodycare, skincare, haircare, footcare, cosmetic tools and pouch, also food suplement).- Coordination with all departments: Export Import, QC, Design, Accounting, Legal, Sales, Beauty Team, Training to support marketing objectives.- Sourcing new products for packaging and formula with local and overseas supplier (Europe and Asia) - Attend Local and Overseas exhibition as Cosmobeaute & Cosmoprof HK to sourcing and develop new further concept- Negotiation with suplier for price, MOQ, and leadtime- Costing final COGS to determine Selling Price, also discussed with Management for qty ordered/sales forecast

- Work closely with buyer & designer for new sample development, responsible for preparing buying best price (buying budget) and monitoring merchandiser performance (sales analysis) - Prepare fabric and accecories for new sample development proposal to be selected by buyer- Monitor sample development vs sample production schedule accordingly. Ensure enough strict to garment shipment schedule. - Monitoring the order process from proto samples until shipment and communicated with buyer closely to give best service. - Coordinate with QC team to make sure that styling, quality is accordance to the standard and request from buyer - Be proactive to settle complaining of customers issue and take more initiatives for solve problems- Handover to production team and make sure all items has been settled and finalized from development stage.- Handle Brand : O'neill Men, Women, Kids for both woven and knits
