• Manage the implementation of all facility services as per defined guideline to ensure that the facility services are carried out in line with the overall plan including Hard and Soft services Messengers goals, issues, tasks, etc• Ensure prompt completion of tasks on time within the cost, scope, quality and cost dimensions specified in the project SLA• Manage Fit out projects to ensure proper implantation within project’s defined parameters• Identify and source new contractors/suppliers to ensure that best package in terms cost and quality is available to the company.• Manage contract workers and suppliers to ensure that soft services work is carried out in a professional manner meeting best practices in the industry to ensure client satisfaction.• Carry out sites visits to ensure quality standard services are provided to the clients• Manage delivery of quality work through ensuring all operational processes are followed and conduct routine work check to ensure that quality meet the service level agreements and excellent performance of KPIs• Ensure compliance with business systems and processes and consciously promote regulatory and safety practices in all departmental activities to conform to Company guidelines• Develop Maintenance plan, proactive, preventative to ensure smooth operations• Demonstrate leadership in work planning, delegating, evaluating, mentoring and coaching subordinates and foster team spirit to enhance employee performance and departmental effectiveness in pursuit of organizational goals• Provide inputs to plan budgets in line with the department objectives and strategic plan that ensure maximum profitability through preparing proposals and quotations with business parties

Project:• Installation and Commissioning of 110/11kv, 11/3.3kv,11kv/415v substation• Erection and Commissioning of Banbury Mixer• Erection and Commissioning of Carbon System.• Erection and Commissioning of Auto Chemical Weighing System.• Erection and Commissioning of Twin Screw Sheeter.• Erection and Commissioning of Batch off cooling line.• Erection and Commissioning of Oil System.• Erection and Commissioning of Heat Jacket and Heat Tracer System.• Cable routing, cable laying, cable quality inspection and cable tray works.• Cable termination works including glanding feruling and crimping of power and control cables.Maintenance:• Attend and troubleshoot Electrical breakdowns in plant.• Create and edit programs for Siemens and AB PLCs according to requirement.• Maintenance of Substation Automation in 110/11kv,11/3.3kv,11kv/415v Substation.• To provide field supervision over the execution of critical maintenance activities of the equipment and ensure that the problems are resolved with minimum down time.• Coordinate the testing, repairing, calibration and trouble shooting of the Instrumentation Control systems.• To evaluate the manpower requirement for daily preventive, break down and shutdown maintenance prepare the job schedule.• Using SCADA for monitoring and troubleshooting purpose.• Planning for resources and manpower for planned shutdown of the plant and execution including start-up.• Daily Power monitoring, calculations and reporting at monthly basis.• Prepare and review various maintenance performance reports such as Preliminary Failure and Root Cause Analysis Reports.• Material procurement through SAP and maintaining minimum spares for attending breakdown and reducing breakdown time.• To monitor and control spares inventory in coordination with purchasing division by analyzing the stock level and rate of consumption.• Condition Monitoring and Predictive maintenance of critical equipment and corrective actions to avoid breakdown.
