Originating from Texas, I now firmly have my feet planted in California and continue to take advantage of this beautiful state and all the nature it has to offer.I am a corporate attorney with experience in M&A, corporate finance, and emerging companies. My current work is largely focused on helping blockchain companies launch, grow and / or thrive (and keeping them out of trouble). When I am not working, I am either exercising or playing with my pup-on-loan (my neighbor's dog who I have the pleasure of playing uncle to). The gym is the greatest stress reliever I have, and I love playing sports; although my hand-eye coordination could use some work. Nonetheless, I remain relentless to master the curve on a ping-pong table.
