Heading Retail Arpico Supermarkets, In-depth driving Top Line streamlined with Bottom line growth. • Handling 10 Branches locations contributing 8.3 billion Annual revenue to the company.• Leads Regional managers and Location Manager Team in error reduction efforts, providing direction, measurement, and reviews of progress against goals.• Handle large scale Suppliers in relation to overall business prospects. • Work with Brand Manager, Marketing, Procurement, HR, and Finance Department continuously for steady front-end operations strengthening core Business.• Having Knowledge in product GP/NP, Costing, Product Listing and Category Management.• FMCG, General Merchandise, Electronic, Furniture category availability, Age stock, Stock Holding, interest on Stocks, Stock Loss review and mitigate process to strengthen business.• Professional know-how in corporate sales (Key Account Manager) which comprises 5% of revenue the overall sales, Monthly 35 million.• Pitch the local market analysis and plan the months ahead with planned ROI.• Strong understanding of Market policies and processes, determining the impact on the operation team as changes are implemented.• Strong research and development with new Technologies in the retail trade focused on Operations and sales improvement.• Has a strong understanding, accuracy and provides direction on a large spectrum of retail conglomerate rules.• Maintains and seeks expansion of current Business prospects of various retail aspects.• Reviews operations performance reports and provides direction and implements programs to improve the performance of the operations against goals.• Manages all key performance metrics evaluating or implementing and reviewing measurements, coaching, and continuous improvement.• Leads the effort to implement new business implementations (client, technology, processes, etc.) successfully and on budget.• Manages overall budget and performance against budget.
