From the start of his career, Nick was full-time Realtor with one of Connecticut's largest independently owned real estate companies, Beazley Company, Realtors. In the early stages of his career with Beazley, Nick developed a niche market offering superior service for corporate-owned real estate, creating one of the largest sales divisions within a company throughout the state, and also maintained a traditional real estate sales business. Nick quickly became the top producer for ten consecutive years among sales force of 350+ agents in the entire 23-office network of the Beazley Company, as well as among his peers with the local Board of Realtors. In 1999, he combined his strong management skills and well-rounded sales expertise and joined the managing partnership of the Beazley Company, while continuing to be a top sales producer in both residential and commercial sales. In 2005, Nick and his partners with the Beazley Company chose to position their company for growth, affiliating themselves with Weichert Realtors, bringing their company to national exposure.
