Responsible for three multidisciplinary squads at the acquisition tribe, coordinating three PMs through the whole product development lifecycle. The main focus was to evolve the acquisition channel, run growth cycles with different strategies and ideate/launch new acquisition formats.- Directly managed 12 people (product owners, product analysts and business analysts) and indirectly managed around 14 squad members with other specialties like marketing, data analysts, engineers and designers.- Build and maintain the credit card e-commerce granting a great and simple experience for customers and prospects.- Manage the conversion and approval funnels. Implement authentication solutions and validate customers identity to prevent fraud. Improve credit concession models with digital solutions.- Ideate, test and implement new acquisition formats such as MGM and marketplace strategies.- Consolidate and evolve one of the first open banking operations in the company, enabling customers to get a credit card in a cobranded partner's e-commerce and buy a product after quick approval. - Run growth hacking cycles to optimise all products in the acquisition journey.
