Being joined as a Quality Assurance Technician (QAT), I was able to promote as the Team Leader within two years. Throughout my journey within the organization I was exposed to Team Performance, where I was directed to achieve targets on time with the cooperation of the team members. Responsibilities included; As a Team Leader,· Reaching daily productivity targets.· Ensuring customer projects are completed on demanded time.· Providing accurate information in a timely manner to the management.· Efficient utilization of resources (Ensuring that QATs are assigned, to a minimum of two projects).· Ensuring organizational discipline is maintained within the team.· Floor monitoring.
