- Oversees the entire People and Culture Department of the head office and Cebu Manufacturing Plant- Plans, strategizes on people development, benefits, compensation aligned to the company goals and objectives- promoted as group head of the people department of the cement manufacturing, energy/hydropower, and steel plant- increased talent acquisition/hiring performance by 60% - reviews operational expenses and develops cost efficiency programs- develops employee engagement programs- develops policies and procedures for process improvements- revisits existing procedures and introduces enhancement systems- enhances organization structure applicable to the different companies- incident report management- provides recommendations to minimize labor cases/ labor management- budget management- acts as the admin manager and IT manager

Conducts screening/interviewing of applicants for different positions. These includes IT related positions, Office/Gen. Clerks, Receptionist, Data Encoder, Accounting Staff, Engineers and others;Conducts background check of prospected employees;Assigned to administer psychological and personality tests Scores and assesses tests result and makes profile of applicants to be endorsed;Makes referral slips of applicants for dispatch to client companies;Provides copy of contract of services to our client;Prepares monthly list of employees who are scheduled to end their contract;Handles 15 client companies, monitors temporary employees status';Prepares Job Order and sorts qualified applicant for vacant positions;Coordinates with clients for their manpower needs;Conducts orientation for newly-hired employees;Makes DOLE report (newly-hired staffs);Does 201 filing, segregation of resumes according to courses;Encodes daily Sales report;Prepares ATM endorsement letter and list of ATM for pick-up;Releases salary, ATM and Ids of staff, and;Prepares Certificate of Employment of former employees.
