In this role I am expected to lead the way in clinical expertise and sales. I am responsible for training, supporting, providing advice and revenue generation to all clinicians and managers within Western Australia across three brands (Hearing Life, Western Hearing Service and Audio Clinic). In addition to this role, I also provide Australia wide support in induction training, our graduate program, marketing and other industry specific projects.Key Achievements:- Developed and facilitated the relationship between William Demant retail brands, Oticon Medical and Ear Science Institute Australia for identification of patients that will benefit from Implantable technology.- Developed a training package and referral pathway for implant candidates within WA.- Due to the success of the above model it will be rolled out in other areas worldwide. - Strategic planning and deployment of product and pricing launches in Australia. - Developing internal protocols for Auditory Processing Disorder, Paediatric etc. - Successful business plan development for speciality tinnitus training (4 day workshop).- Coordinated and managed training run by Prof. Pawell Jastreboff and Prof. Margaret Jastreboff. - Mentoring and supporting Master of Clinical Audiology graduates during their internship year.- Currently taken 12 clinicians through the internship year.- Developed and presented training for the graduate program for the past two years.
