Pivoting off a degree in Law, I began my career in marketing by delving into brand management, focusing on business communications. I crafted business profiles, marketing materials, and corporate communications for startups, shaping their images by translating management's visions into compelling stories. Over time, my enthusiasm for branding expanded to encompass various facets such as public relations, team culture, brand visuals, content marketing, and team building. These interests found a perfect outlet during my tenure at Impulse Recycling, a PET recycling company in Nigeria. At Impulse, I was actively engaged in combining waste management practices with educational initiatives aimed at fostering behavioural change and promoting economic inclusion for marginalised individuals involved in plastic waste collection.During my time at Impulse, I realised that marketing is my true love, and I seized the opportunity to enhance the company's visual identity, tone of voice, social media presence, and content marketing strategies. This journey inspired me to pursue a deeper understanding of marketing through academic studies at London Metropolitan University, an experience I am thoroughly enjoying.I am now seeking part-time/remote opportunities to contribute to a dynamic and inclusive marketing team focused on purpose-driven projects.
