Supported pharmaceutical, biotech and hospital clients on clinical and financial projects. • Project Coordinator for Aon’s Clinical Effectiveness Initiative – a multi-year project funded by Sanofi-Aventis to study cost effectiveness of Lovenox, an anticoagulant. Over 30 hospitals were included in the study. Aspects of project included recruiting hospitals into the study, scheduling, preparing for and executing hospital meetings, conducting hospital stakeholder interviews, interfacing with IT, and procuring and analyzing data. Special focus on legal/HIPAA issues. Prepared reports for each hospital and the client. Contributed to publications that were produced as result of this project. • Co-author of “Engaging Physicians in Cost Savings Initiatives: Eliminating Medication Cost Bias in the Selection of Inpatient Medications”, Physician Executive, January/February 2005.

Consultant (2002-2003)Served as primary support consultant for ongoing projects for AT&T, one of the firm’s largest clients. Coordinator for annual HMO negotiation project, Quarterly Union and Management report cards, Health plan quality survey, employee health plan satisfaction surveys, as well as other special projects. • Supported senior AT&T consultants and other staff members in a variety of ways, including client project implementation, marketing efforts, presentations, and research. • Coordinated POS health plan quality survey results for AT&T from survey preparation to final reporting. • HMO project: Maintained documentation/accuracy of HMO plans, developed the meeting schedule, organized vendor meetings, prepared negotiation materials, and attended the negotiations. This assignment required interaction with UltraLink (HMO Administrator), >75 HMOs, and Aon peers.
