He brings several years' experience in ecommerce and digital marketing having managed several small and large clients by helping them launch world class ecommerce websites, ecommerce shopping campaigns and defining their digital marketing strategy to increase direct customer acquisition. Having worked both in Kenya and in India, he brings over 20 years of digital marketing experience. Nimish is an elected Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing - CIM, UK. He holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from CIM, UK, a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management from the Welcomgroup Graduate School of Hotel Administration, Mangalore University, and a Diploma in Web Technology from ERDCI, India. He guest lectures at hotel schools and is passionate about sharing his knowledge of digital marketing with hospitality professionals and students. He is a travel technology enthusiast who enjoys challenges posed by the digital landscape to the hospitality and tourism industry.
