Senior Manager - Digital Marketing
CurrentHealthEC is the USA based KLAS-recognized Population Health Management Company to help its customers succeed with value-based care. The PHM solution helps its customers improving patient outcomes, managing costs & optimizing patient quality of life. My primary responsibility is to increase brand awareness, generate demand around an audience of a defined set of target customer segment groups and measure the KPI goals & metrics. Reporting to the Director of Marketing.Key Responsibilities:- Managing the entire leads eco-system: Defining of qualified leads & marketing funnel, developing lead generation strategy, generating leads with inbound & outbound marketing with measuring & testing lead gen programs. - Running various Multi-channel marketing programs for leads in different stages of the funnel like Events & Trade Shows, Content Syndication, Email, Paid Social Media & Search Campaigns, Webinars, Remarketing & more.- Executed strategies centred around accelerating marketing qualified leads into sales pipeline to meet & exceed revenue targets. e.g. Led lead nurturing & acceleration programs using Automated Drip Email Campaigns strategy.- Led website optimization and user engagement strategies in website for increasing the conversion rates via SEO. - Leading a cross-functional marketing team and educate them to timely measure & update the KPI metrics.- Budget spend and management across various marketing programs and resources with the Reporting Director.- Resourceful in discovering & evaluating MarTech tools and brought them into use such as HubSpot, SEMRush, SpyFu, VWO, HotJar and more to increase the team productivity & KPI measurement.
