Rotaract is a global youth movement that stems from Rotary International. Rotaract District in RID 3220 is the administrative body of all the Rotaract Clubs island-wide (Sri Lanka) and is steered by Rotaract District Steering Committee headed by the District Rotaract Representative (DRR).Rotaract provides opportunities for young individuals to improve their skills, engage in social networking, and have fun while paving their way to becoming the future leaders of our nation. Rotaractors aim to provide long-term sustainable solutions to grass root problems in society with the hope of uplifting individuals, communities, and the nation.

Our main task as the directors was to maintain Rotaract Management Information System (RMIS) which manages all the reporting tasks in Rotaract in RID3220.Apart from that, we introduced numerous platforms to reduce paperwork from event registrations to collaborative gaming platforms. The followings are a list of systems and platforms that we introduced newly to the Rotaract context.▪️ 31st Rotaract District Assembly Platform----- For streaming the 31st Rotaract District Assembly which was a virtual event▪️ Are we there yet (Collaborative gaming platform)----- To increase the engagement between Rotaractors from various areas of the country during the----- COVID-19 outbreak period.▪️ 31st Rotaract District Conference Registration Platform----- For the first time in Rotaract history contactless check-in system was introduced as a solution for reducing the spread of COVID-19

INTECS is the main student society in the Faculty of IT, University of Moratuwa which mainly focused on the knowledge and career development of the faculty undergraduates. At the 32nd Rotaract District Training Assembly, Rotaract Club of University of Moratuwa was able to win awards for,- Gold Award - Most Outstanding Effort of Utilizing Digital Communications Technologies of the year 2021-22- Silver Award - Most Outstanding overall Public Image Effort of a Club of the year 2021-22

- Developing the‘LinkR’, the latest addition to the club’s digitizing revolution. A digital membership management application allowing computerized contribution tracking during projects and online project task bidding.- Developing 'Manusath Handa Contributors Portal'. Manusath Handa (Voice of Humanity) aimed at resolving the lack of educational resources for visually impaired students in Sri Lanka by providing supplementary resources in audio format. With the collaboration of Wijeya Newspapers, selected Wijeya Newspaper articles related to the school curriculum of grades 6 to 11 were converted to audio format by project participants. A collection of articles related to the subjects Science, History, Buddhism, and Sinhala were recorded.

Mora Hiking Club is one of the leading clubs in the University of Moratuwa. As its website is outdated, Club has decided to come up with a modern and better solution with some new extra features. And the first release of the website has released on 20th November 2019.
