I have successfully and humbly earned two different Bachelor's Degree one in Healthcare Care Management and the other as a BSN RN. I have started out working in different hospitals as a patient access representative in order to gain experience and knowledge in the non clinical field over the course of two years. I have learned skills, such as leadership, time management, interpersonal communication, problem solving, and adaptability. With these skills, I went on to study nursing. Being a nurse is about having compassion, speaking for the voice and the voiceless by advocating for them, family, and the community. I have completed my nurse extern at Piedmont for one year while in school, because of the skills I wanted to continue learning outside of clinical work for school. As a new grad embarking on a new journey with Emory Healthcare I want to demonstrate professionalism, team collaboration, and of course critical thinking skills in order to continue my growth in next year to come.
