Skills and Responsibilities include:• Report directly to the Vice President, Human Resources • Provide a full HR administrative service to all employees• Process and issue offer letters, terms of employment contracts, contractual change letters, salary review documents and leaver letters• Update the payroll memo with: new starters, contractual changes, leavers and employees personal details (including address and bank account amendments)• Ensure all new employees have the legal right to work within the UK • Request references for all potential employees• Ensure all new hire induction checklists and manager induction checklists are completed and returned at the end of the probation process• Maintain all trackers in order to comply with ISO regulations, including; the central HR tracker, holiday, sickness, visa tracking, and recruitment on-boarding • Respond to employee email queries and requests from employees across the business• Confident in building relationships and communicating confidently with employees across the business at all levels• Update and maintain paperwork filing system and online HR systems • Systems used; SAP Success Factors and Sales Force HCM
