I was entitled with the responsibly for retaining existing customers and generating additional cross-sell and up-sell revenue based on outbound calling. My key responsibilities here were:* Proactively manage existing customers through outbound calling and build strong relationships. * Respond to incoming request for cancellation of accounts and proactively contact customers who are identifies as at risk of cancellation and ensure that every opportunity to retain these customers is investigated. * Maintain excellent knowledge of our portfolio product and services in order to understand customer’s needs. * Document customer outcomes and report regularly to team manager on all activities relating to the role. * Manage and execute surveys to identify and uncover attention - renewal risks. * Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales matrix including, but not limited to;Individual attention and sales quarters65+ calls per day (55% conversion)* Manage day to day inside sales* Accurate use of CRM system and sales pipeline including all prospect information.* Promptly follow up leads* Negotiate offers to close the sale and retain business.* Accurately forecast* Demonstrate effective rapport building, objection handling, and selling and presentation technique to influence customers.

I also got an opportunity to maintain client relations in a leading company named Mrusta, an ecommerce based website which targeted an audience in search for service providers. My key roles as an employee of this enterprise were as follows:Register new service providers into the database with completed data and service offers.Conduct meetings with these service providers to convey what the website can offer as an ecommerce portal.Upgrading a service provider to a premium customer to avail better services from this platform

A two months long activation where I had an opportunity to motivate a team ten of IT professionals to showcase various products and solutions of EMS at multiple Universities such as Zayed University, HCT, etc. The key role of this activation was to enhance the use of technology among students and increase the sales generated by them.

I got the opportunity to intern with world’s leading supplier of multi-touchscreen technology, integrated project management and information solutions to customers catering to various companies. In there, I was working with the company’s Business development department and attended office in connection to the Business Development function and completed the following:* Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and analysing sales options.* Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects and recommending solutions.* Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities.* Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.* Prepare reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising information.* Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing Organizational standards.* Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
