- Involves in the project planning and feasibility study to establish the project goals. - Conducts system analysis, requirement analysis and design which includes the following: > Gathers data and requirements from end-users. > Analyzes system desired features and operations in detail based on end-users needs. > Designs the graphical user interface and screen layout based on the system requirement defined by end-users. > Designs the database based on the data requirement specification. - Ensure quality of the system by conducting thorough testing through SIT and UAT. - Deploys system updates on the production site. - Modifies and maintains system application based on the requirement defined by users which includes fixes, enhancements and implementation of additional business rules and logic. - Respond promptly and provides accurate solutions to address user and system issues. - Investigate, resolve any system issues and identify opportunities that can improve efficiency of business logic. - Conducts performance testing and provides solution for an effective and fast retrieval of data. - Write technical procedures and documentation for the applications including operations, user guide.

- Develops, maintains, and documents computer applications. - Writes clean, organized and efficient codes. - Performs system/program maintenance of operational application systems. - Manages the library of program functions / routines. - Performs trouble-shooting (debugging) of computer programs. - Performs detailed and technical competitive analysis on varied projects. - Performs quality assurance tests by comparison with the expected results before the review of the program by the supervisors. - Works with the Quality Assurance and Documentation team in procedural testing and documentation of the applications. - Communicates with project managers to produce a cohesive system. - Coordinates with the Documentation team on the preparation of the System Maintenance Manual and the User Reference Manual. - Keeps abreast with the development in information technology, programming techniques, and concepts. - Performs special tasks that may be assigned by the Supervisor - System Development and/or other superiors from time to time.
