With over a decade of experience in the K-16 educational field, I am a dedicated researcher and educator committed to advancing long-term outcomes for young people, their families, and communities. As Director at Empower CDC, my responsibilities include developing and refining data collection processes, including identifying our theory of change, key performance indicators, and data collection points; securing funding for sustainable initiatives; and developing and maintaining partnerships with community partners.
