As an executive assistant I'm not just working closely with the CEO but with every member of the company and also assisting the board members when needed. I'm in charge of meeting arrangements, travel arrangements, schedule planning, every day office management and day to day chores making the office work fluently. Occasional visits to different bureaus, gathering and producing meeting materials plus odd tasks here and there are part of the work I do as an assistant.

I worked at the Domestic Product Sales department at ABB in Helsinki as a sales assistant. My daily based jobs were order handling with SAP, both sales and purchase orders, invoicing our end clients, clarifying our purchase invoices and taking care of our on stock warehouse logistics. I used both Finnish and Swedish with our customers and English with contact persons in our factories in Italy, Germany, USA and U.K.
