It aims to connect market leaders from 12 different industries with top talents in order to develop relevant sustainable solutions for each one of the industries.My team has developed the concept "Sliceomat". The mission of the Sliceomat idea is to minimize plastic packaging in the cold cuts segment by working on a concept of an in-store automated slicing machine for food retailers. It offers consumers the option to purchase freshly cut products based on their needs in stores where currently only prepackaged products are available. During the project phase with Futury, the idea tackled four different pillars which are consumer insights, future store concepts, cost aspects and sustainability.
