I am assisting with multiple projects related to understanding minority experiences in team environments in the workplace and the impacts these minority experiences have on organizational outcomes. Specifically, I am leading a literature review of previously established scales measuring minority experiences.

Cleaned and analyzed data from client surveys. Provided visualizations (i.e., graphs, tables, etc.) using R. Collaborated on potential future research projects.

I was placed at a primary school where I collaborated with teachers to create more opportunities for growth and empowerment primarily relating to health science, wellness, and physical education. I also worked to find and create additional resources for classroom and behavior management.

I provided assistance and guidance to University residents and helped students with personal difficulties and social conflicts under confidentiality.

I contributed to providing a satisfactory dining experience at various restaurants in the Twin Cities.

I advised students on Study Abroad options and assisted with the application process.

I organized and led children's after-school and summer camp programs, led skating lessons in the winter and assisted with basic administration tasks.
