Overseeing all organizational revenue. In my tenure, I've helmed several record-breaking fundraisers, grown recurring giving revenue by ~50%, led a 6 figure capital campaign, secured some of the largest grants in the organization’s history, and much more. To date, I’ve significantly adapted, evaluated, and reworked the organization’s revenue strategy. When I started, individual donors made up 40-50% of the station’s annual revenue. Now, they account for over 75% of annual revenue, with a 24% increase in total donors annually, ensuring greater funding diversification and thus greater budget stability and predictability.I wear many hats throughout the year. A few highlights include: * Planning, executing, and coordinating 2 pledge drives with a diverse funding mix. The campaign's strategies target recurring giving, one-time support, Peer to Peer fundraising, merchandise sales, matching challenges/major gifts, and in-person giving at live events. Gifts are solicited via email and social media campaigns, coordinating/training 120+ volunteers in relational organizing/fundraising, phone/text outreach, recorded and live-to-air pitches, promotional partnerships, and live 1-1 conversations at events. * Planning, executing, and coordinating XRAY's annual Give!Guide campaign, including developing relationships with peer nonprofits and managing production work for our annual mass PSA campaign. Since the project's start in 2017, 700+ PSAs have been produced, with 175 nonprofits in 2023 alone. * Research and write grant funding requests to support special projects. This includes capital expenses like equipment, licensure, and facilities, as well as programming projects like our weekly show with Street Roots, annual International Women’s Day Teach-In, etc.* Manage a portfolio of 1000+ recurring members. This includes regular correspondence, taking feedback, administering donations, distributing periodic membership perks, and doing broad outreach to correct payment issues.
