As a Live Service Analyst at Electronic Arts (EA), I bridged the gap between game studios and contact centers to ensure smooth launches, transitions, and sunsets of various games. I also provided analysis for live issues and new features throughout the live service cycle, considering every angle to meet the needs and wants of the studios, the players, and the company.I have been working at EA for over eight years, starting as a Games Specialist and moving up to a Product Support Expert and a Co-Chair of the Austin chapter for EA's black employee resource group. I am passionate about continuous improvement and believe that through a combination of critical and creative thinking, anything is possible, both personally and professionally. I love the moment when an idea for optimization or automation is put into action and the results are felt immediately. It is important for me to feel like the work I do matters and that my opinion is valued and respected. The most rewarding feeling in my career is when a recommendation I make is accepted, implemented, and proven beneficial. I am not sure what will come next, but I know this belief will continue to evolve and grow with me.
