I work with business leaders on a one-to-one and group level as they look to grow and develop leadership functions, and in addressing challenges and anxieties that emerge in times of change.After two decades working in investor relations, investment banking (corporate broking) and strategic corporate communications, I moved into executive coaching and consultancy to help senior executives and teams improve their collaboration and decision-making, as well as exploring how they ‘show up’ in their role and provide a safe reflective space to think.My coaching and advisory business is built on 20 years of experience working closely with senior management teams and financial market advisors, supporting and counselling them for their ongoing corporate critical communications with their different stakeholders; across investors, financial analysts, media and internal audiences. Advising business leaders through times of acute pressure and change has fuelled my passion for supporting individuals and teams to navigate complexity and uncertainty.
