Hiya 👋🏾 I’m Nina the founder of Recess Living a creative events studio specialising in corporate wellness events that bring more joy, calm, connection and wellbeing to your workplace or brand activation event. Think of us as TLC meets KPI I specialise in what like to call ‘meditation for doers’ using activities like pottery, painting and marbling to experience the calming benefits of meditation.🌎 I’ve collaborated with a very diverse range of companies, from Hello Fresh, the NHS and Deloitte, to Matches Fashion, Vonder and the Chelsea Physic Garden, curating engaging and creative experiences.🌱 I also host monthly creative workshops at Soho House, am a public speaker, and host regular Supper Clubs that foster conversations about mental health and wellbeing over a delicious 4-course meal.Outside of work I’m passionate about championing small businesses and love talking to people about the messy magic of change and their Burn to Bloom Moments - have a listen to my podcast Through Moments of Burn to Bloom over on Substack 🔗 Interested in working together?
